Easy Ramsy Egg Noodle Stir Fry Recipie
When making Chicken Stir Fry, it's essential to keep everything moving around the pan quickly. You are cooking over high heat, specifically after adding the garlic to the pan, as it will quickly burn and taste unpleasant. Pounding the chicken flat will cook the chicken quicker, but it also helps make it tender.

Equipment You Need For Gordon Ramsay's Chicken Stir Fry
- Wok or non-stick pan- Stir-fry is best done in a wok or non-stick pan. Woks use less oil and cook food faster than pans.
- Mixing bowl- Use this to mix the ingredients before cooking. Transfer the veggies or rice into the bowl before giving them a final stir.
- Saucepan- A saucepan is ideal for cooking beef, vegetables, and rice.
- Spatula- You will need a spatula to stir the mixture and beef in the pan.
- Spoon- Add ingredients or seasonings with a spoon to the pan. You'll also need a spoon to whisk the egg before adding it to the pan.
- Grater- Prepare the ginger and garlic by grating them with a grater.
- Knife- Any sharp kitchen knife will work for chopping and slicing the vegetables in the stir fry recipe.
- Platter- Arrange Gordon Ramsay's stir fry on a platter.

I've used and recommend both cookware sets, the ScanPan 10-Piece Cookware Set and the All-Clad Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Cookware; both are well-made pans with a solid, heavy bottom, heat fast, and they get the job done. Visit the ScanPan or All-Clad on Amazon.
How to Make Gordon Ramsay Chicken Stir Fry
Pushing the frying pan away from you and sharply pulling it back is the secret when sauteing stir fry vegetables. It will take a little practice and patience; however, it's a skill worth achieving.
Step 1. If you are using dried rice noodles, you must soak them in warm water until they are softened, or according to instructions on the package. (about 10 minutes, depending on which brand you use.)
Step 2. You can Make it Flat by using a rolling pin, then diagonally cutting it into strips. Meantime, it would help if you butterflied the chicken fillet by slicing it horizontally, leaving it attached down one side and then open it out.
Step 3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and add to the Heated pan over high heat with oil. Now stir-fry for about 3 minutes until golden brown all over but not entirely cooked all the way through.
Step 4. Now add the garlic and stir-fry for more than 30 seconds, add the broccoli, and continue to stir-fry for an additional few minutes until all is tender; now add your soy sauce to season the stir-fry. After the broccoli is cooked and tender, take the recipe contents out of the frying pan, and set them aside. Now wipe out your fry pan, add a dash of oil and heat through.
Step 5. Drain your soaked noodles. Now add eggs to the hot frypan, season and stir over the heat, letting the bottom of the egg cook. Now add the rice noodles and toss and mix well, breaking up the egg simultaneously. Place the chicken and broccoli mixture back into the frying pan and heat through, stir-frying over medium heat.
Step 6. Immediately Serve the noodles and wedges of lime to squeeze on top of the stir fry.
